Sean "Diddy" Combs is facing new allegations from federal prosecutors, who've now added 2 new victims to the case ... and accused him of a much longer reign of terror.

00:00We are going to get started with something that Diddy and his lawyers knew was coming

00:05down the pike eventually.

00:07And now it has happened, a new indictment, or it's called a superseding indictment, really

00:12replaces the original one that the federal prosecutors had filed against him.

00:18And the big headline here is that now they are saying there are two more victims, two

00:22more women that the feds are calling victims of Diddy and his criminal operation as they've

00:29laid it out in this indictment.

00:31Remember, before, all they had was victim one.

00:34And we know through things that have been said in court that are connecting victim one

00:40to the videotaped beating of Cassie.

00:43So we know that victim one is Cassie.

00:45Victims two and three, who have now been added in this new document, we don't know their

00:50identities but the feds have described them saying that they are women that he transported,

00:57that Diddy transported for purposes of prostituting them.

01:02And they lay out some of the allegations and why they believe that these women are victims.

01:09Diddy is telling a different story, has a different view of this.

01:12But first, what they said in the indictment, we want to get to that.

01:16Yeah, this is really a critical development because Diddy's lawyer has been harping on

01:20this case being built entirely around Cassie, who he had a relationship with and he says

01:24the nature of that relationship may have been rocky but it's not a crime.

01:27By adding these two additional women, the feds are sort of bolstering their case and

01:32they're saying these women were also lured and trafficked for prostitution and he says

01:37they were paid by being paid in career opportunities, they were paid in money, and they were paid

01:42in maybe their housing expenses and rent being paid, which Diddy is characterizing as, yeah,

01:47this is what I do for my girlfriends.

01:49So girlfriends being paid their housing expenses is not a crime either.

01:54Yeah, so they're not, they haven't revealed their identities, but certainly when they

01:58describe it like that, that he's done all these things for them, paid for these things,

02:02it sounds like it will be that one or both of them might be someone that we know, that

02:08we've seen him out with, because it certainly sounds like they're very close, but we don't

02:14know yet.

02:15The official response from Diddy's attorney, Mark Agnifilo, they said,

02:24The government has added the ridiculous theory that two of Mr. Combs' former girlfriends

02:30were not girlfriends at all, but were prostitutes.

02:33Mr. Combs is as committed as ever to fighting these charges and winning at trial.

02:37So there it is, his people are saying they're girlfriends, which means I do think we are

02:43going to figure out, at some point we're going to hear who they are, and it sounds like they're

02:47probably going to testify.

02:48I mean, I've got a lot to say on this one, because first of all, if he's being photographed

02:53and going out to red carpet events with these women, you don't probably do that with a prostitute,

02:57I would imagine, it's more of a girlfriend.

03:00Also, this seems like a really thin case, I mean, honestly, the crime would be if he

03:05wasn't doing that stuff for a girlfriend.

03:08You know?

03:09Really, though.

03:10You mean the paying for homes?

03:11Yes, I mean, if you're wealthy and you have a girlfriend and you don't want to take her

03:13to dinner, buy her a car, buy her a purse, buy her clothes, I mean, are you really going

03:18to criminalize and get her plane flights?

03:21I mean, if they really have a case against Diddy, this is embarrassing, that they are

03:25trying to criminalize financial help towards a girlfriend.

03:31You also raise an interesting point in that they've only come up with three identified

03:35victims over this long, long investigation where they're alleging a vast criminal enterprise

03:40with sort of implying that this went on for decades and there would be scores and scores

03:46of women.

03:47To have three does seem a little bit thin, and they also had to widen the time horizon

03:51because in the initial indictment, they said it went on from 2008 to 2024.

03:55They've now said it goes on from 2004 to 2024, which at least lends you to sort of think

04:02that these additional victims...

04:03So you're saying over 20 years, Derek, that there are only three victims, it seems thin.

04:11But we should also point out, Derek, this doesn't mean that's all they have, right?

04:16This absolutely doesn't mean that.

04:18The Southern District of New York is one of the finest prosecutorial bodies in the country,

04:23so they've got a strong case that they want to bring against him.

04:25They may be sort of slow playing it a little bit, but eventually they do have to show their

04:31cards because Diddy has a right to defend himself and whatever people are sort of testifying

04:36against him as victims, he has a right to confront them and cross-examine them.

04:39So we'll have to see how big this gets before the actual trial date in May.

04:43And also, let's see if these women want to be identified as prostitutes.

04:47My guess is...

04:48I know what you're saying, but at least the people that they're listing as victims, these

04:53three women, I would think that this means that the prosecutors have spoken with them

04:58and have secured their testimony.

05:00So it seems like they're going to come forward and testify for the prosecution, which, yes,

05:07would mean that they are admitting that they're going to say in court that he prostituted us.

05:13Yeah, you're probably right on that, but you know, I mean, you're criminalizing half the

05:19relationships in Los Angeles if you're saying that it's prostitution and you're committing

05:25a criminal ring if you're doing nice things for your girlfriend.

05:28So I'd be interested to watch this play out for sure.
