Sean 'Diddy' Combs has been accused by a fourth woman within two weeks of sexual assault. The plaintiff, known as Jane Doe, claims the producer and others gang-raped her at the age of 17-years-old.

00:05 This is now the fourth sexual assault allegation against the producer in recent weeks.

00:13 The plaintiff, identified as Jane Doe, alleges that she was flown via private jet from Michigan

00:18 to Combs' recording studio in New York.

00:20 The young girl claims she was raped by three people, including Combs, Harf Pierre, and

00:25 the president of Bad Boy Entertainment.

00:28 According to this new suit, the woman claims Combs and associates piled her with "copious

00:32 amounts of drugs and alcohol."

00:33 The suit also claims that Combs raped her over a bathroom sink while she went in and

00:37 out of consciousness.

00:38 Allegedly, Combs, watched as a third man also raped her.

00:42 The latest woman came forward as of late after reading about the other lawsuit filed last

00:46 month by Cassandra Ventura, also known as Cassie, who accused Combs of raping and beating

00:51 her over the course of a decade.

00:52 As of now, one in five women in the United States experience completed or attempted rape

00:56 during their lifetime.

00:57 Nationwide, 81% of women and 43% of men reported experiencing some sort of sexual harassment

01:03 and/or assault in their lifetime.

01:04 "Seeing two other women bravely speak out against Mr. Combs and Mr. Pierre respectively

01:09 gave Ms. Doe the confidence to tell her story as well," the lawsuit states.

01:12 Combs settled the lawsuit as of late with Cassie and has maintained his innocence.

01:16 Combs has been involved with two other sexual lawsuits in recent weeks and denied the allegations

01:19 against him.

01:20 He posted on X, "For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people

01:24 try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy."

01:28 He went on to add, "Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking

01:31 for a quick payday.

01:32 Let me be absolutely clear, I did not do any of the awful things being alleged.

01:37 I will fight for my name, my family, and for the truth."

01:39 Combs recently stepped aside as chairman of Revolt, the music TV network founded by himself

01:43 and others in 2013.

01:45 The newest lawsuit is filed under the New York statute against gender-motivated violence.

01:49 Like several other sexual assault statutes, it has recently been extended to allow suits

01:53 that would otherwise be barred by the statute of limitations.

01:56 The complaint filed in the federal court of New York includes photographs of the plaintiff,

02:00 whose face is blurred out in Combs' studio and sitting in Combs' lap.

02:11 Policy Council, which seeks to develop the first U.S. government-wide plan to prevent
