00:05parallel runway project at the Mactan-Cebu International Airport, the

00:09first and only parallel runway in the country. He praised the project as a

00:13symbol of rapid development in Cebu. The chief executive highlighted how Cebu

00:18seamlessly blends history, progress, and innovation, making it a model of hope and

00:23progress for the entire nation. The new runway reflects Cebu's dynamic spirit

00:28and its continued importance as a center of trade and industry.
