00:10and Matt Horner and we have an NBA odds boost for all of you today on the Lakers Hawks Warriors

00:22Yeah, I mean the Mocky Bucs, they are playing the Portland Trailblazers today and that's

00:27gonna be an actually a good game. I mean Mocky's favored, they're on the road, they're the

00:31much better team, but Portland's defense has been playing well right now. So I still like

00:36the Bucs to win this game, but it could be a little tight. The Lakers and 76ers, this

00:41one has the shortest spread at three and a half. I mean the Sixers, they've won two games

00:45and so maybe you're getting a little bit of a discounted price here, but they're still

00:48not a very good basketball team at all. Still missing Paul George, still missing Joel Embiid

00:54and then the Jazz and Warriors. I mean the Jazz played last night, they got beat by double

00:58digits, then they have a road back-to-back so they had to travel. Warriors have not been

01:03great lately, they've lost three of their last four, but they're still a significantly

01:07better team than the Utah Jazz. So plus 800 for this, I actually think this is kind of

01:11a decent boost because all these teams are favored today. So I like it, Matt.

01:15Yeah, I mean basically I'm playing off what you say, Kate, you're the NBA expert. I haven't

01:20been handicapping NBA in a bit, so not 100% here, but I mean if you just take a look at

01:25who they're facing, the Lakers are facing the 76ers, like you said, kind of a stinker,

01:29they're favored here. The Hawks tonight, they are against the Rockets. That would probably

01:35be the one where you'd have to worry a bit, right, because we're taking the Hawks here

01:39and they're 22 and 24, the Rockets have been good, 31 and 14 and Houston's favored by seven

01:44and a half points. So that would be where you're getting all the value in this one.

01:49The Warriors against the Jazz, the Jazz are horrendous, they have 10 wins of the season,

01:54absolutely horrible, and the Trailblazers also kind of stink. So yeah, if you're going

01:58to get 8-1 though, you know, maybe a quarter unit, something like that, wouldn't mind it

02:03if you're an NBA batter.

02:05Exactly, not bad.

02:06Yeah, I missed the Hawks in there. I only saw, when I was looking at that, saw three

02:10and I'm like, this is phenomenal for those three teams. The Hawks are a team you have

02:14to worry about, but the Hawks are a team that sometimes they just rise to the occasion and

02:19beat really good teams. They've done it a couple of times this year, they're kind of

02:22a wild card. So yes, plus 800, a very small little sprinkle here, but it's worth it.

02:27Yeah, as Kevin Garnett said, anything is possible. So he is basketball and that goes with this

03:45sticking with basketball. I'm taking the Lakers minus three and a half. They're playing the Sixers

03:50and the Sixers are three and seven in their last 10 games. The Lakers are three and two against

03:56the spread on the second night of a back to back this season, and they have won their last two on

04:01the road. Sixers are seven and 13 straight up and 514 and one against the spread at home this year.

04:08So I like the Lakers minus three and have to cover tonight against the Sixers. Yeah,

04:13Sixers have been a very bad covering team, so I like that one, Lucy. I'm going to take the under

04:172 28 and a half in the Bucks and Trailblazers game, and this one has dropped quite a bit.

04:21I believe it opened around 2 31 or so, so I wouldn't go much lower than 2 28 and a half,

04:27but both of these seems very good on the defensive end over their last five games.

04:32The, um, the Blazers are first in defensive rating, which is crazy. They've held opponents

04:38to, uh, under 110 points in four of their last five games. Only one they allowed more was their

04:44last game to Oklahoma City, but that's the best, pretty much the best offense in the league. Um,

04:49so holding them to 118 points is actually pretty decent. The Bucks have also been good. They've

04:54held, um, three, yeah, three of their last five opponents under 110. And when these two teams

05:00played earlier this month, they finished with just 207 total points. So 2 28 and a half. I like

05:05the under in Bucks and Blazers. There you go. I'm going to go to college basketball. Uh, this one,

05:12you know, it's really tough. It just feels so easy to take this, which is why it scares me so much,

05:18but I'm going with Kansas minus 13 and a half here against UCF, uh, Kansas coming off a loss as we

05:25know an awful loss. Bill self has been unbelievable in his career. ATS 48 and 26 at 65% ATS off loss,

05:34uh, in his career coaching Kansas. Uh, so it just, it feels so easy, but I love these bounce back

05:41spots in college basketball. Whenever a really good team, a ranked team loses their last game,

05:46then they go and they take on an unranked team. A lot of people want to take the unranked team

05:50because the ranked team just lost. Uh, and this is a lot of points. So I feel like people will be

05:55taking 13 and a half points with UCF. Uh, but I'm going to go with the trend here. I'm going to take

06:01Kansas to absolutely annihilate UCF at home. Uh, Kansas minus 13. Yeah. After the super bowl buckle

06:07up because March madness is I'm very excited, very excited to dive right around the corner.
