00:25Here, former Mayor Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. thanked President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. after he was executed by executive clemency.

00:34Mabilog also assured that he will continue to serve the people that he served in 2010.

00:42I am thankful to our beloved President, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. for granting my request for executive clemency.

00:57I assure you that I will continue to serve our people, especially the Iloilo City.

01:05Mabilog also added that the executive clemency proves the good work he did in the city when he was still a mayor.

01:12In the executive clemency written in the paper, it says everything that happened, including the campaign against illegal drugs,

01:24that was done by our administration during my time.

01:29Last year in September, Mabilog returned to the Philippines and surrendered to the NBI to face the case in Sandigan Bayan.

01:37He was released and was released the next day.
