00:15I don't wanna do every reality show.

00:17I just wanna do the ones that seem really fun to me.

00:20And yeah, I think I'm doing a good job picking.

00:27And the first one is Survivor Edition.

01:18Okay, what reality show that you've been on

01:20has been the hardest to prepare for?

01:22A physical preparation and a mental preparation.

01:25Physical preparation,

01:27preparing for Survivor Australia versus The World.

01:30Their games are so grueling.

01:33They're like ferocious.

01:35They always lift like giant boulders

01:37or they mud wrestle and judo people.

01:39Or you have to like stand on a spiky poke for five hours.

01:42I'm like, okay, I gotta like really physically

01:45get myself ready for this.

01:46So I did.

01:47And then mentally, well, fashion wise, traitors.

01:51Of course.

01:52I'm like, I don't own any headbands.

01:55I gotta buy all of this.

01:57Like I gotta get my looks right.

02:00And then mentally, I wouldn't say,

02:03I would say energetically deal or no deal

02:06because it's more of a, it's get out of your head

02:08and get into your like heart space

02:10and in your presence in your body.

02:13That was how I prepared for that and how I played.

02:16So I guess mentally it would be Survivor

02:18because Survivor, well, also with traitors,

02:22it's like you just can't prepare for it.

02:23So nuts and psycho, it's just like,

02:26just like stay sane as best you can.

02:30But Survivor, like mentally,

02:32I had to give myself permission to be Machiavellian

02:36to really like consider strategy

02:39and how to maneuver certain people,

02:42how to work with certain people's emotional levers.

02:45It's like Survivor's such a strategic game in all aspects.

02:49Yeah, fair.

02:50And physical, obviously.

02:51Yeah, and physical, yeah.

02:52Well, on that note, best living conditions

02:54because as I was watching Deal or No Deal Island,

02:56I was like, this must be so funny for someone like you

02:59who literally had to live on an island

03:01and live off the island.

03:02And then this is like a glamorized version of it.

03:04You have a bed, you mentioned makeup.

03:06Like we're not doing that on Survivor,

03:08but it is still like living on an island.

03:10You've lived in the traitor's world.

03:13What are the best living conditions?

03:15Girl, put me on an island any day of my life.

03:19I love an exotic, beautiful beach.

03:21Deal or No Deal Island was a glamping experience

03:24that I would have paid for.

03:25Yeah.

03:26I mean, minus like sleeping next to Rock who snored,

03:28Dixon who was always hacking and coughing in his sleep,

03:31sometimes talking in his sleep.

03:33I was like, oh, I could do without these guys,

03:34but the glamp experience was so nice.

03:38And then the pavilion that they had us in,

03:40the dock, the hammocks, the swing.

03:43I really, I loved it there.

03:44The castle in Scotland is nice, but it's cold.

03:46Right.

03:47And it's probably haunted.

03:48Yeah, definitely haunted.

03:49By the ghost of first murders.

03:52Dorinda.

03:52Did it ever feel like, was there ever a moment

03:54where a Deal or No Deal Island co-star

03:57like complained about like living outside

03:59and you were like, listen, on Survivor,

04:01we were like on the ground in the rain

04:03and all eating cold rice.

04:05Or was everyone happy to be there?

04:07Everyone was really happy to be there,

04:08but the bugs freaked people out and the snakes.

04:11There were a lot of snakes.

04:12Oh.

04:13Yeah.

04:14Okay.

04:14I don't mind snakes.

04:15Okay.

04:16Some people really do.

04:17Machiavellian of you.

04:18Yeah, whatever.

04:19Wrap me up in a cobra.

04:21I don't know if you've said this before,

04:22but did you ever reveal what you did

04:22with your Survivor money?

04:24I started a wellness center.

04:25Oh.

04:26I wrote about this in my book.

04:27It's in my book too.

04:28Yeah, I opened up a wellness center in Santa Monica.

04:30It's like Pilates, yoga, personal training, massage.

04:34We tried to do kind of everything.

04:35Yeah.

04:36It was like a little too much.

04:37Yeah.

04:37So yeah, I sold it, but at a major loss.

04:39So it was like an investment that didn't quite work out.

04:42But it was like a passion.

04:43It was definitely a passion project.

04:44Fueled the soul.

04:45And at that point in my life,

04:46I didn't know what I was gonna do for my career.

04:49I was so young.

04:50So I just went for it.

04:52And I was like, well, never have to try that again.
