00:05How can the concentration have any depth?

00:07The problem is not that the mind is unstable.

00:10The problem is that the mind is thirsty for something very special and we are unable to

00:14provide that special thing to the mind.

00:17When you will be able to provide that thing to the mind, the mind will remain on that

00:21thing.

00:22Even if you tempt the mind or scare the mind, it will refuse to budge.

00:26Are you getting it?

00:27The problem of concentration is essentially the problem of an unworthy object.

00:31The problem of concentration or focus is essentially the problem of not having a worthy object

00:38in life.

00:39You must have something you can die for.

00:41You must have something that deserves your love.

00:44And then how will you forget that thing?

00:45Not possible.

00:46And without that love, you will just remain a wanderer.
