00:00If you say that particular point X ahead of you is your goal

00:05because upon reaching X you will be rewarded with money or career or prestige

00:10then chances are you will not be able to sustain your motivation for long

00:14whereas if you are doing something just for the unadulterated pleasure of doing it

00:22you don't want something in return

00:23the doing is the return

00:25you are not saying I will get something after being successful

00:30you are saying the very process of doing that thing is the bliss, the return, the reward

00:38then you will never be distracted

00:41and the other thing I said is that you will stay with your goal if your goal liberates you

00:46identify where you are in bondage

00:49challenge that bondage

00:50and if challenging that bondage is your goal

00:54then again you will stay committed, you will not be distracted
