00:00Hello I'm Giles Cockman and we're here at Rosslyn Court recycling bins and as

00:06you can see they are full to overflowing. It's a problem we've had for many many

00:10months. The council will only provide the large wee bins and want to charge us for

00:16them which we feel is unfair and additionally we are finding that a lot

00:21of recycling isn't going into the refuse bins which is adding to the council's

00:24bill on landfill. So we want the council please to provide us with some more free

00:28smaller recycling bins.
