00:56filed a discrepancy in the national fund that was not completed to make a blank check that can be used for the future.

01:08the GAO is not allowed to have an item that does not state what the project is and what the cost is, what the fund is.

01:22President Marcos Jr. was unable to make the public look at the website of the Department of Budget and Management

01:29to prove that the leaked information is a lie.

01:34The palace was the first to report the spread of fake news or misinformation of Duterte

01:41that is malicious and should be condemned as a criminal act.

01:45Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin said that the Congress and the DBM studied more than 4,000 pages of the national fund.

01:55He assured the government that there is no project, program, or activity that has no fund before it was passed and made into law.

02:04The palace called on Duterte's camp to be responsible for their actions and to avoid spreading misinformation.

02:13The DBM clarified that the leaked pages are from the Bicameral Conference Committee Report and not from the General Appropriations Bill.

02:23The agency urged the public to be careful, watch and verify the information before sharing or spreading it on social media sites.
