ଓଡି଼ଶା ଗସ୍ତରେ ଆସିଥିବା ବେଳେ ସିଙ୍ଗାପୁର ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତିଙ୍କ ଉପସ୍ଥିତିରେ 8ଟି ବିଭାଗରେ ଚୁକ୍ତିନାମା ସ୍ବାକ୍ଷର କଲେ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ।
