00:10According to the President, the funds for the programs of the DSWD should be already programmed so that the Filipinos can benefit quickly.
00:20It should be noted that from the estimated P226.67 billion in funds for the fiscal year 2025, the budget of the DSWD decreased to P215.82 billion in the strengthened 2025 national budget.
00:40The DSWD also earned P41.8 billion in additional funds from the unprogrammed appropriations so that the Filipinos can benefit from the P4P program from August to December 2025.
