00:27At 3.30 in the afternoon, the program started.

00:31It started with the singing of Lupang Hiniranga.

00:33After this, some high-ranking officials of the Iglesia Ni Cristo gave a message.

00:38Supported by the so-called Peace Rally,

00:40President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. supported the impeachment against Vice President Sara Duterte.

00:48They also called for unity instead of discrimination and division of the country.

00:54They also asked for unity and peace for the country.

00:57Meanwhile, the enforcement of security measures around the Quirino Grandstand is strict.

01:02In fact, more than 100 personnel,

01:04including 2 Light Urban Search and Rescue Teams from the Philippine Army's 525th Engineer Combat Battalion,

01:11are stationed around the Grandstand,

01:13which reminds more than 5,000 police and more than 1,000 personnel from the MMDA.

01:19The Office of Civil Defense, National Capital Region also allocated sufficient resources

01:24to ensure that the Peace Rally will be well-organized and peaceful.

01:28The MMDA's Mobile Command Center is also located along TM Callao Street.

01:33The Manila Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office

01:37and Metro Manila Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council

01:40were also elevated to a red status due to the number of people.
