00:42And also, please assess before you vote whether the freebies which have been given are really free or not.
00:49They say water is free for 20,000 litres, but can you drink that water?
00:54Don't you have to put an arrow at home to clear that water?
00:57Don't you, the poor man, buy some 20 litres of water for 25 rupees each and every family needs some two bottles?
01:03So, is it really free or not? Assess that and then vote.
