00:00All right, the night game on Saturday, as you mentioned,

00:04one of, if not the, best rivalry in the NFL,

00:08the Steelers and the Ravens getting together once again,

00:12third time this season.

00:14And of course, this is going to be the fifth time

00:17they've ever come together in the playoffs,

00:18first time in Baltimore.

00:21Here is Mike Tomlin, as always on a Game Day Friday.

00:25Mike Tomlin's weekly words of wisdom.

00:28Got a lot of respect for the environment.

00:30Going to Baltimore, particularly in playoff football,

00:34it's something to be respected, man.

00:36I expect it to be a hostile environment.

00:39I welcome that, to be quite honest with you.

00:41It's important that we smile in the face of that,

00:44as a collective.

00:46It's just simply a tax to pay for not winning the division.

00:50And we pay that.

00:52But we're excited about the playmaking,

00:54the tangible things that will decide the outcome of this game.

00:57And we realize we got a short amount of time to prepare,

01:00and we're preparing with an edge.

01:02And we look forward to pitting our skills

01:04versus the Ravens on Saturday night.

01:07Yeah, are you going to have like 15 three and outs,

01:10like last week?

01:11Because your offense is actually the worst thing

01:13I've ever seen in my life.

01:14Like, I was at the game, and I don't know what was worse,

01:18the 45 minute line for a drink,

01:22or watching his offense go three and out 10 times.

01:26I don't know what was worse, because people are like,

01:28I go to the seat, and Gunnar's like,

01:30oh my God, you've been gone for an hour.

01:40Bottom line is, the Steelers suck.

01:45I have watched them for a month implode.

02:04In 16 games, he has 17 sacks, 22 tackles for loss,

02:13So Watt has done the job against Baltimore in the past,

02:16but there's one thing T.J. Watt has not done

02:21in his career, Scotty.

02:22He has not won an NFL playoff game.

02:25He hopes to change that.

02:29Since I've been here, I've won a playoff game,

02:31and I've been saying it this whole season.

02:45But if we've learned anything about these last four weeks,

02:47it doesn't matter how well you prepare,

02:48how good you feel about your preparation,

02:50if you don't execute on game day.

02:53Listen, honestly, like, I'm trying my best

02:57to say everything awful I can

03:00about how horrid this team has been for a month

03:04in HubsHub, in the prayer room.

03:07Can I get a little love once in my life

03:12for the first time?

03:13It's no different than Carver High.

03:14The Bills blow it every year.

03:16Meanwhile, the Steelers can't get out of their own way

03:20in the first round of the playoffs.

03:22It's not the Bills' problem.

03:24It's the Steelers' problem.

03:25The Steelers can't win an effing playoff game.

03:28And they have been to eight Super Bowls

03:30and won six Lombardi trophies.

03:33And now they can't win a game.

03:35I've had it. I can't take it.

03:37So I'm trying to, like, use negative reinforcement

03:40of how they have no chance.

03:42They're awful. They're horrible.

03:46I'll be sitting there glued to it on Saturday night,

03:51hammered, watching, and screaming and cussing

03:55at every single play.

03:56And I wish death on all of the Ravens and their fans.

04:09John in the second game, the Harbaugh brothers both going.

04:15This guy loves playoff football.

04:17He's very excited to get this going.

04:20I'm so fired up.

04:21It's the most exciting thing in the world

04:23to be a part of the NFL playoffs.

04:25It's the most exciting thing in the world

04:29to take that field with an NFL team,

04:31with a bunch of guys that you love.

04:33You love how committed they are.

04:34You love how much they work,

04:35how determined and dedicated they are.

04:38They're going to just lay it all out there.

04:40You know, whatever happens, happens.

04:42And it's tough to win.

04:43You're playing the best teams.

04:44One game deal.

04:45It's not a seven-game series.

04:47You know, you don't have a chance to come back.

04:49It might be a seven-series game.

04:52You know, that's what it might be.

04:53You know, you've got to find a way

04:54to make the most of every series in that game

04:57and try to find a way to win the game

04:59and figure it out as you go within the game.

05:01So, yeah, it's great.

05:24they're 3-1 against the Ravens in the playoffs.

05:26All of those games were in Pittsburgh.

05:28This is the first time they're playing

05:29in the playoffs in Baltimore.

05:31And I always love giving you this, too.

05:33Mike Tomlin is 13-3-2 against the spread

05:38as an underdog against the Ravens.

05:41That includes 5-1 against the spread

05:43as an underdog against Lamar Jackson.

05:47A slide from three weeks ago.

05:49He has been very good against them.

05:58This is a blue-collar game.

06:00This is gonna be the Steelers.

06:41but I'm a huge Steeler fan, so I bet them.
