00:04The government's target is under rehabilitation this year for the entire EDSA.

00:09According to DPWH Secretary Manuel Bonoan,

00:11this is also in accordance with President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.'s wishes

00:15that the journey on the road should be smooth and not bumpy.

00:19Meanwhile, in the first semester, Bataan-Cavite Interlink Bridge will start

00:23passing through Manila Bay and will cross the two provinces.

00:26It is expected to shorten the journey from Bataan to Cavite by 40 minutes.

00:32What the President wants is that we have to improve the riding quality of EDSA.

00:39We will rehabilitate the entire EDSA starting 2025.

00:45For now, if you pass through EDSA, sometimes it's hard to text the driver.

00:56So I think it's about time that we need to rehabilitate EDSA once and for all.

01:03In our current situation, heavy rains are expected in some parts of Luzon and Silang,

01:08in Bisayas, due to the shear line.

01:10Although no low-pressure area is monitored,

01:13in the Philippine area of responsibility,

01:15heavy rains are expected due to the shear line of Catanduanes, Albay, Masbate, Sosugon, and Northern Samar.

01:22Meanwhile, heavy rains are expected in Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Romblon, Eastern Samar, Aklan, Samar, and Biliran.

01:30Tomorrow and Saturday, heavy rains are expected in Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Catanduanes, and Albay.

01:37Heavy rains are expected in Quezon, Masbate, Sosugon, and Northern Samar.
