Well, Ms. Ana, what are the self-assessments that I need to focus on

so that I know the changes that I need to make for self-improvement?

So, this is what we call a self-introspection.

So, more on getting to know about yourself.

What do you need to know about yourself?

Your strength and your weaknesses.

Because if you don't know yourself, what are your strengths and weaknesses,

how will you be able to set the goals that you are eyeing for?

The next one is values.

What do you value the most?

Is it your family? Is it your career? Or is it your finances?

Because if you have a lot of things that you want to do

and you don't have that specific target,

then it will be hard for you to achieve a particular outcome.

The next one, habits.

Habits. What are the habits that it might be good or it might be bad for you?

So, it's time for you to reassess what are the habits that you have

It's also good to hear what other people are saying.

We take it as creative criticism.

How do you manage your time to have time to learn new skills or leisure?

Okay, so this is usually when you learn something without a break.

This is when you have a burnout.

So, practice this particular idea of Pomodoro Technique.

So, what is the Pomodoro Technique?

It's 25 minutes of work related and have time to rest.

So that you won't be continuous.

Once you are continuously doing something, it's like you are losing your motivation.

It's like you are not being productive.

You won't do it all at once because you're the only one who will have a hard time.

Learn to say no pertaining to what you can't accomplish,
