01:27I am delighted and feel privileged to address such esteemed guests of Indian Diaspora members,

01:57Well over, Odisha is known as the land of Lord Jagannath.

02:06We have been a prominent center of art, craft and architecture for centuries.

02:15Today, we are first emerging as a growth engine of India.

02:22Under the visionary leadership of Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji,

02:28we are working hard to achieve the goal of Samruddha Odisha by 2036 and Vikasit Bharat by 2047.

02:43A key component of Prime Minister's vision of Vikasit Bharat is purvadaya development of the eastern Indian states.

02:53Odisha is the front runner of this effort.

02:58I, on behalf of the people of Odisha, extend a warm welcome to you to come and invest in Odisha.

03:11Since my government has been formed, Odisha has got investment proposals of 2.2 lakh crores and job creation will be 1.4 lakh jobs.

03:28Now, let me tell in brief why you must come here and do business in the state.

03:39Odisha is the second richest state with mineral resources. You name it and we have it.

03:48Odisha is perhaps the most peaceful state in the entire country with stable law and order.

03:56There are no social fault lines disturbing peace.

04:01The state has a history of giving stable political environment.

04:11The state has an impressive infrastructure with networks of national highways, state highways, blocks of arterial roads,

04:20three functional seaports and two major airports with about four more smaller airports to serve smooth connectivity.

04:30Two more major airports are coming up at Puri and Charvatia.

04:36Odisha has one of the busiest rail corridors linking virtually to all parts of India.

04:44Availability of skilled as well as unskilled manpower at the right cost as compared to other industrial states

04:54and moreover state with investor friendly industrial policy.
