U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken has left on what's expected to be his final foreign trip in office to visit South Korea, Japan and France. In Seoul and Tokyo he's expected to discuss trilateral ties and Asia-Pacific security, while in Paris talks will focus on challenges in Europe and the Middle East.
