00:40He shouted, said hurtful words, and injured his face and hands.

00:47The former tour employee was in his own room for several days

00:51because of the fear and was traumatized.

00:54Because of this, Garrett filed a case for intentional inflection

00:59of emotional distress, assault, and battery.
