00:00Let's now look at how the traffic in Enlex is doing.

00:27According to Enlex Head of Traffic Operations, Robin Ignacio,

00:35on the North Luzon Expressway today.

00:37On a daily average, it may be 10% or even lower than 10%.

00:43But this particular hour, from 3 to 9,

00:50it is higher than 10% of our per hour traffic.

00:55If we can achieve 10% for Enlex,

00:58our normal daily average is P334,000.

01:02So 10% is another P33,400 that will be added.

01:07As of now, it is possible that the car's surge has not reached 10%.

01:12Enlex is particularly monitoring the two-lane stretch from Dau to Mexico

01:17and routes to Bukawe, Marilao, Mecawayan-Tol Plaza,

01:21and Harbor Link Interchange to Karuhatan.

01:24Based on Enlex Traffic Operations' observation,

01:26even though there are still a lot of non-RFID stickers,

01:29the cars entering the toll plazas are still fast.

01:32But often, there is a slight traffic in the cash lanes in Balintawak and Bukawe toll plazas.

01:38Enlex has almost never recorded an insufficient RFID balance in the past day.

01:44There was also no untoward incident in Enlex in the past hours today.

01:49Meanwhile, Enlex Lingunan Exit will be closed for a month starting January 8

01:53for the construction of Lingunan Southbound Entry Ramp.

01:56That is why motorists are ordering to Lingunan,

01:59Viente Reales, Dalandanan, Liwang Batok, Unturin, Bignai, Canumay East, and West

02:06to use alternative routes such as Paso de Blas.

02:09Enlex Lingunan Exit will be temporarily closed until February 8.

02:14Lingunan Entry Ramp is expected to be reopened on April 13, 2025.

02:24For the traffic update, the traffic in Balintawak toll plaza is still loose

02:29as well as in all the toll plazas that are guarded by Enlex.

02:32All passengers are being asked to ensure that the vehicles are in good condition,

02:37as well as the driver.

02:39There should be enough rest and sleep and no drinking.

02:42Make sure that there is enough RFID content

02:45and for those who still don't have it, put RFID stickers.
