00:00The Department of Agriculture will strengthen its Rice for All program.

00:05In fact, according to Agriculture Spokesperson Assistant Secretary Arnel Dimesa,

00:11their target this month is to lower the price of well-milled rice from P38 to P39.

00:21Aside from that, it is also expected that Rice for All and Nutri-Rice will be a cheaper and healthier option for our countrymen.

00:35This Rice for All is priced at P35 to P36 per kilo.

00:41This is what we call 100% broken rice.

00:45The quality is good. The only difference is that this rice is broken.

00:52We tried cooking it here in the office and the quality of this rice is good.

01:00Nutri-Rice is what we call in between well-milled and brown rice.

01:08There are a lot of nutrients left. This is also called one-pass.

01:16Nutri-Rice is big. That's why we call it Nutri-Rice.

01:23It has a lot of fiber, vitamins, and minerals.

01:27It will be sold for P37 to P38 per kilo.

01:34We are expecting that in January, Rice for All and Nutri-Rice will be sold in Kadiwa Centers, Piling Pamilihan, and Tren Stations.
