00:09According to DICT spokesperson, Assistant Secretary Red Nato Paraiso, phase two and phase three of the project are expected to be completed in March or April this year,
00:22while phase four and five will be funded by a loan from the World Bank.
00:28It is expected that Pamalaan will have a fast, secure, and reliable internet connection,
00:35which will make it easier for the government to provide services, especially in the education sector and communities in remote areas.
00:47We expect that because of the National Fiber Backbone, they won't need a lot of capital outlay to connect to other parts of the country,
