00:14Senators are asking the employers not to give the 13-month pay to their employees.

00:23According to the Senate Presidential Temporary Conduct Act, it is not only a legal obligation to give, but also a moral duty.

00:31It is clear that it should be accepted under Presidential Degree No. 851.

00:36It should not have any legal repercussions.

00:41Senator Joe William Villanueva urged the employers to show their appreciation for their work by giving 13-month pay on time.
