00:08In the latest news, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. has passed the 2025 National Budget on December 30.

00:17According to the Presidential Communications Office, Acting Secretary Cesar Chavez,

00:21the General Appropriations Act will be passed before the President passes it.

00:29Meanwhile, the Department of Health is reminding motorists

00:32to avoid driving drunk or drinking alcohol during the holiday season.

00:36Health Secretary Teodoro Herbosa explained that this is to avoid accidents on the road.

00:42According to Calihim, instead of driving drunk, it is better for other people to drive.

00:49This is to ensure the safe return home and celebration of Christmas.

00:55The number of accidents is increasing.

00:58Drinking alcohol is the cause of Christmas parties.

01:04How is the situation in Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange?

01:08Especially, many people are returning home to their provinces to catch the Noche Buena later.

01:19Joshua, there are still more passengers here in Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange or PITX.

01:25Almost 30,000 were brought here by foot traffic as of 8 a.m.

01:30According to the PITX guidelines,

01:32it is possible to reach 3 million passengers in the terminal between December 20, 2024 and January 6, 2025.

01:41Starting on Friday, 20 trips are added per day, especially for trips to Bicol.

01:47The PITX guidelines always remind us

01:50that it is prohibited to bring anything that might start a fire.

01:56Yesterday, the prohibited items were confiscated.

01:59Most of these are lighters and scissors.

02:01Police and K9 units are spread out for additional security.

02:05The PITX also warns of cars and passengers traveling even though there is no franchise.

02:12The trip to the PITX is until later tonight.

02:47In Malabon City, a living snake was found in an eco-bag and was left alone near a shopping mall.

02:53The snake was found by a local in Barangay Potrero.

02:56It even has an umbilical cord that can be discovered and is blindfolded.

03:00They immediately brought the abandoned snake to the hospital for a check-up.

03:05It is still being investigated as to who abandoned the snake.
