00:00Bristol Rovers are falling down that pecking order and they need to make sure that the next man in charge is going to make a huge difference.

00:07Gary Monk, obviously now the bookie's favourite, how does he, it would be quite an interesting appointment,

00:13had that incredible spell in the Premier League actually with Swansea as he took over,

00:19and he seemed to be a massive fan favourite during his time and obviously it didn't quite end too well,

00:24but how does he weigh up in terms of the options that they need to bring in,

00:30obviously festive fixtures ahead, massive games coming up in terms of the relegation battle down there,

00:36this next manager needs to be the one who turns things around and especially winning games against the teams below them in the division.

00:44Yeah, that's absolutely right, and as you say there, Gary Monk is the current favourite to take over at Memorial Stadium and take over the gas.

00:52Well yeah, he's certainly got experience, especially at a higher level in the Premier League, of course that was a good few years ago now.
