00:40trying to do is just call our best plays.

00:46whatever's next up on our sheet is what he's calling

00:48because that's what we feel comfortable and

01:46today, so that's helping guys

01:48stay healthy and

01:50stay fresh and that's what we've got to

01:52continue to do throughout these last three weeks heading

01:54into the playoffs and make sure our

01:56team on the field is as fresh as possible.

02:16that I've been playing since I was a little kid.

02:18That's kind of what it comes down to, just having

02:20fun with it and making sure

02:22one, I'm making good decisions with the football and

02:24I want our team to make plays, but

02:28fun. What I get to do is really, really fun

02:30and I want to have as much fun with it as possible.

02:34I guess the winning

02:36aspect of it is the most fun part and when you're

02:38winning, you're afforded

02:40to do some more fun

02:42things on the football field.

02:48It was instinctual, just kind of

02:50as I moved to the pocket,

02:52I kind of got a hand on the

02:54right side of my body and the ball. I just didn't feel like I was

02:56going to be able to grab it with my right hand.

02:58I saw Dalton by himself, so I just

03:00flung it out there. Unfortunately,

03:02I got called back. It's not going to count.

03:26making sure that I'm staying consistent with

04:44on my face when everybody sees me.

04:50let them know how much I love being here.

04:52I think it is infectious. I think it's something that

04:54can spread throughout the team.

04:56But at the same time,

04:58when I'm not smiling it's because

05:00something's not right and guys understand

05:02that too so they can lock in.

05:04It just takes

05:06quote-unquote reps

05:08of being in this building and making sure

05:10we're going through and doing the little things the right way

05:12and when things are up to par

05:14I understand that and

05:16guys on the team can tell that too based on

05:18my face. It's just being around

05:20the guys as much as possible I think helps.

05:28it's just one of the confidence in

05:30myself.

05:32Again, I'm in a

05:34spot in my career and my life where

05:36it's the best I've ever felt.

05:40And again, just making sure that I'm

05:42being me and only me.

05:44I think that's the only thing I ever want to be and I think that's

05:46one of the main things of being

05:48a leader is making sure that you know who you are

05:50and I think

05:52that's a very obvious thing when guys can see

05:54that and they can tell

05:56when you're not trying to be you and I think

05:58being around the guys

06:00and having a lot of the

06:02veteran leadership that we have here. They know

06:04who I am. These rookies when they come in here

06:06they know who I am and that's just

06:08because I am who I am

06:10and that's all I try to be.

06:14It's been nothing but

06:16spectacular.

06:18He's been awesome

06:20running the ball extremely hard out of the backfield

06:22he's making plays

06:24he's blocking, you know, you watch him

06:26go run and pick

06:28people up off the ground, pick up linemen

06:30he's celebrating the end zone with the guys

06:32and you guys know when James

06:34first got here he was a tough cookie to crack

06:36you know, didn't want to talk a lot

06:38but he's having fun out there

06:40he's enjoying the guys that he's with

06:42and he's

06:44a complete football player.

06:48New England have been the top dog for almost two decades

06:50in this division and recently

06:52because of you and the guys in this locker room

06:54that's changed. Does that hold

06:56any significance to you just to have

06:58that success and now that knowing that the

07:00division for the last five years has ran

07:02through Buffalo?

07:04You're giving yourself

07:06opportunities to win the Super Bowl and I think

07:08that's the only thing that winning a division does

07:10guarantees you a home

07:12game and gives you a shot at the dance

07:14and we haven't gotten there yet

07:16so that's the only thing

07:18that we're focused on. We're not focused on

07:20so much as the division wins and titles

07:22and this and that. We gotta go win the big one.
