00:13Not for another NBA championship for Giannis Anthony Kupo, an NBA Cup championship.

00:19The Bucks won 97-81 over the Thunder.

00:21That was an impressive performance.

00:23And here in the stat line, Dubzy, look at the third quarter for OKC, 14 points.

00:27The fourth quarter for OKC, 17 points.

00:30The first time this season, OKC has been under 99 points, and they didn't even get to 90.

00:36They got to 81.

00:37What a defensive effort for the Milwaukee Bucks, Dubzy.

00:40Yeah, quite the display there from the Bucks and quite the performance from Big Bad Giannis.

00:4626 points, goes for a triple-double, and you could see the emotions afterwards.

00:50I mean, not to say that everyone else wasn't following suit, but I mean, Giannis, he had

00:55He was trying to rip the cigar like, relax, my guy.

01:02There's levels to this thing.

01:03But on the betting side of things and being a fan, Donnie, it certainly brought a bit

01:10And that's what the association is trying to encourage early in the season, give us

01:14a bit more excitement trying to go against the back half of the NFL.

01:18And for the Bucks, it was a big performance considering how they started this season.

01:23They really got off to a lackluster start for the regular season.

01:27Dame time, Giannis, the chemistry concerns, they really weren't getting along.

01:31We saw it out there on the floor.

01:33They just couldn't find that cohesion, that spark.

01:36We saw it, you know, going into the locker room.

01:37There was a bit of smoke off the floor with the two superstars not getting along there

01:42in the change rooms.

01:43But look, they figured it out.

01:44They played like a really good basketball team, and it wasn't so much about that offensive

01:48display.

01:49It was about, as you highlighted, keeping the young, high-octane offensive OKC to 81

01:56points.

01:57And this is a sign of the association, Donnie.

02:00When these young teams get behind, all they do is go for the three ball, and they just

02:06didn't have that shot dropping.

02:08And suddenly the margin goes from 10 to 15, and you're trying to get that three going

02:12to get back into the game.

02:13But when you're sitting at 15% from beyond the arc, eventually you have to give up.

02:18I know it's tough trying to go in the paint and get down nice and low to go against Giannis,

02:23but they just didn't have that deep shot working for them.

02:25They kept trying to play catch up and going back to it, and they just couldn't get back

02:29into this ballgame.

02:30So 97 to 81 for the Bucs.

02:33Well done.

02:34And, you know, the Lakers last season, this was their NBA championship.

02:37This was their Super Bowl.

02:39They put everything in to winning the Cup.

02:41I don't think that's the case for the Bucs.

02:42I think they just did enough to get themselves into the mix.

02:45They found themselves in the big dance going against the Thunder, and they said, you know

02:50There's $500,000 on the line, not just for us superstars, but for some of the young guys

02:55who do.

02:56This could actually make a world of difference.

03:00And maybe they use this as that kickstart to making another run towards the NBA championship,

03:08And when they play on song, like we saw last night, when they can get that defensive grit

03:12going as well, they're going to be a very tough out for any team.
