00:10Let's first look at the findings of the 2025 General Appropriations Act.

00:16In the statement issued by Executive Secretary Lucas Bertsamina,

00:20he explained that the budget for the next year is still being studied.

00:25President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. himself

00:28will conduct a review with the government officials.

00:32It is expected to be scheduled for December 20.

00:36However, Palacio said that some items and provisions will be vetted by the President

00:41so that it is in line with the interests of the public

00:44and in accordance with the Fiscal Program and the existing law.

00:50The typhoon Kirubin is getting stronger as the Mindanao Bay is being eroded.

00:54The center of the typhoon has been overshadowed by the high winds 230 km east of Davao City.

01:00This is due to the strong winds of 45 km per hour

01:03near the center and a gust of wind of 55 km per hour.

01:07The signal No. 1 is high in Davao Oriental

01:10and where the rains are in Eastern Visayas, Carraga

01:14and a large part of Davao Region due to the typhoon.

01:17Bicol Region and Quezon will also experience rain.

01:20Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region and Aurora will also experience rain due to the typhoon.

01:28Mary Jane Veloso is at the Correctional Institution for Women in Mandaluyong City.

01:33At 5 a.m. this morning, a plane of Veloso landed at IA Terminal 3.

01:39She was warmly welcomed by her parents and her family.

01:42Veloso has been imprisoned in Indonesia for 14 years for carrying illegal drugs.

01:48The first thing that Veloso denied was that he was just a victim of his recruiter.

01:53He was already on the death row but because of the efforts of the government,

01:57he was able to return home and was transferred to the Philippines.
