00:15The chief executive told members of the SIA, there are already many players in the country in the field of semiconductors and perhaps it's just a question now of developing it further.
00:28Also, the leader of the land believes that with the visit from the SIA, it is an opportunity will open for the country to further expand not just in terms of production or manufacture of chips but also to allow the Philippines to move up into the value chip and possibly venture into designing as well.
