00:15Due to the ongoing activity of the Volcano Canlaon,
00:18the Regional Task Force of Canlaon issued a statement
00:22for the entry and exit of internally displaced persons who have important activities or essential activities in the expanded 6-kilometer Permanent Danger Zone.
00:32According to Christina Mayor of the Office of the Civil Defense, Western Visayas,
00:36evacuees are allowed to return to the Expanded Danger Zone,
00:40but it should enter at the specified window time from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.
00:46No one is allowed to enter after the specified time.
00:50LGUs should provide pick-up points for immediate evacuation in case of emergency or eruption.
00:57Barangay officials are expected to help in validating the entry and exit of IDPs in border controls.
01:06All IDPs must bring an access pass that is approved by the LGU, as well as their valid ID for verification.
01:15Director Raul Fernandez, Regional Director of OCD-6 and Chairperson of the Task Force of Canlaon,
01:22gave a statement on the importance of the cooperation of all agencies, LGUs, and affected residents
01:27for the successful implementation of the so-called measures.
01:31The statements are intended to protect families from the ongoing danger of the Volcano Canlaon
01:38and to prepare for any more dangerous situation.
