00:36bowl season in South Alabama eight and a half point favorite we know they are one

00:41of the top 20 offenses in the sport how much will that offense put up tonight

00:45against Western Miss well they might put up points but I still think Western

00:49Michigan potentially could be live with the eight and a half point spread in

00:53their quarterback Hayden Wolfe when you look at South Alabama to your point much

00:56more explosive averaging 193 rushing yards per game passing for well over 240

01:02per game with their quarterback Gio Lopez for much of the regular season

01:05completed 66 percent of his passes well over 2,900 passing yards and their

01:12defense is much better on paper they're only giving up around 150 rushing yards

01:16per game compared to Western Michigan Western Michigan's run support is

01:20absolutely atrocious they're only getting they're giving up a buck 86 to

01:24opposing offenses more balanced attack rushing and throwing for right in the

01:29area of about 187 rushing and passing yards per game but again they're

01:33methodical Hayden Wolfe's number today is 188 and a half last four games of the

01:38regular season they've been inefficient in terms of the passing attack they've

01:41only averaged around 159 passing yards per game I think it's a lower scoring

01:47game I favor Western Michigan from the spread perspective and I'll go over

01:51Hayden Wolfe's passing in order to pull this game out he's gonna need to be

01:55efficient Kev so there's a really interesting spot here for South Alabama

01:59one of the big question marks and why we've seen a lot of line movement is we

02:03don't know if Gio Lopez is going to play number not due to the portal Gio Lopez

02:07has actually said he's going to come back to South Alabama it's he was

02:11injured in their final game what's a little ironic is vision Davenport the

02:15backup has one full start this year it came to the Mac champions of Ohio yeah

02:22he was all right in that game not amazing not pad but ultimately through

02:26one touchdown pass clean football all in all could have been a little bit better

02:29on the ground but he was not it is what it is again Ohio though is significantly

02:35better than that of Western Michigan I think for me I struggled because you

02:40know how do we really want to get bowl season underway laying a number here

02:44like this with QB uncertainty but I have to trust my read I think the

02:49Jaguars are much better than Western Michigan I think the Broncos defense is

02:54abysmal South Alabama yards per play this season been a top 30 offense in

03:00college football which is again I know people are gonna mention that you know

03:04both well sit in the portal but they like Bullock plenty there was the lead

03:07back in terms of carries and I don't hate a little home cooking this game not

03:12all too far being played still in Montgomery or South Alabama I'm laying

03:17eight and a half a lot of Jags fans no doubt in the stands tonight because this
