00:00Students, accompanied by their families, flocked to the STAR Education Fair 2024 at the Setia

00:07Spice Convention Centre in Georgetown in search of suitable universities and courses on Saturday.

00:13The two-day fair drew approximately 1,000 visitors, featuring 32 institutions of higher

00:19learning occupying 52 booths.

00:22These institutions showcased a wide range of higher education courses and programs.

00:27NT International University and Colleges was among the exhibitors, offering a variety

00:33of programs from SPM-level and A-levels to postgraduate courses.

00:38We are the only institution that currently offers such programs, and the best part about

00:44this program is this program is actually equivalent to Level 7 in the UK qualifications.

00:52That will give a direct entry for students to enter into a PhD upon completing this program.

01:00He said the university has also launched the Master of Engineering in Electronics and Electrical

01:05and Mechanical Engineering in collaboration with Coventry University in England.

01:09Ooi also highlighted the institution's flexible learning options tailored for working adults,

01:15adding that INTI further supports students with merit-based scholarships for eligible

01:19applicants.

01:20Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology, TAR-UMT, introduced new programs,

01:27including a diploma in Computer Sciences and Business that provides a pathway to degree courses.

01:33We are located in Tanjung Bunga.

01:36We have a lot of space there in Tanjung Bunga, so a lot of our students, they come for TAR

01:42and they can enjoy the life, the university life in TAR.

01:48As for those who are looking into AI-driven courses, Educlus Malaysia is offering academic

01:53programs ranging from foundation, diplomas to master's degrees, with seamless progression

01:58into bachelor's programs after foundation.

02:01In this work-studies bachelor's degree, actually in terms of the benefits that a student will

03:19Aspiring entrepreneurs who want to turn their business ideas into reality can look into
