00:00Three members of the Ministerial Committee when the second administration, Dr Mahathir Mohamad said,

00:06they were not given the opportunity to make a decision on the control of the governance of Batu Putih.

00:12Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail, Luxio Fok and Mamak Sabu said,

00:16the decision not to continue the deliberation and interpretation of the decision of the International Court of Justice

00:22on Batu Putih was made by Mahathir himself and was not discussed in the Ministerial Committee meeting.

00:28At that time, Wan Azizah, Luxio Fok and Mohamad were the deputies of the Prime Minister,

00:33Minister of Transport and Minister of Defence.

00:35He said in a joint statement two days later, Dr Mahathir informed the Ministerial Committee in the meeting,

00:42but it was just information, not a discussion to determine the decision.

00:47Clearly, there was no issue of either opposing or supporting,

00:51because the space to make a decision was lost when it was made in writing by Mahathir.

00:57As a citizen, they view Mahathir should take full responsibility for this decision

01:03and not choose to put it on the shoulders of those who are not involved.
