00:03Since July 19 this year, a new international train service connecting Bangkok and Vientiane

00:09is now available. The train route begins at Bangkok's Krung Thep Api Wat Central Terminal

00:14Station and ends at Vientiane's Kham Sawad Station. This service is an extension of Bangkok

00:20Nong Khai route. Tickets can be purchased online with prices ranging from around 300 to 900 baht

00:27depending on travel class. Remember to bring your passport as it's required for entry into

00:33Laos. This route connects Thailand to Laos and even further to China and maybe you can even

00:38end up in Russia.
