00:30will invest in the country's first mobile soil laboratory that he led.

00:37A while ago, the President himself inspected the so-called laboratory.

00:41It is a simple truck, but this 10-wheeler truck is fully equipped with new equipment and facilities

00:48that will help in assessing the soil parameters or quality of the land of the farmers in the country.

00:54According to the President, the mobile soil laboratory will serve as a means

00:58for the farmers to obtain solid soil data for the effective use of fertilizer,

01:04as well as to improve their production.

01:07At the same time, it will help the farmers to make their land fertile

01:12that will provide a way for their livelihood.

01:17The MSL will be able to assess more than 40 chemical,

01:23physical, and microbiological parameters of the soil and water.

01:31Through this, our farmers will be able to ensure that their land is fertile,

01:38the foundation of a higher and more prosperous crop.

01:43He will also be able to teach them new knowledge in technology

01:47and new ways in agriculture because it will also serve as a training facility.

01:53In addition, the help of the so-called laboratory to build new techniques in agriculture

01:59that, according to the President, will strengthen the sector of agriculture

02:03and the use of food security in the country.

02:08This is not the only thing that helps our farmers.

02:11The data that will be collected from this will also provide us with information

02:20to build a foundation that meets the real needs of our agriculture

02:28and in every place because the situation is different.

02:34The Mobile Laboratory in Nueva Ecija, Tarlac, Zambales, Bulacan, Pampanga, Aurora, and Bataan

02:41is currently in operation.

02:42It will last in every province for almost 2 months

02:45and will provide services to 10 farmers every day for free.

02:52The aim of this project is to give our farmers the knowledge and technology

02:59that they will be able to use in a scientific way of farming.

03:04We will continue to support and expand the capacity of our current soil laboratories

03:10that have been in the hands of the government for a long time in addressing climate change.

03:17Nayomi, each Mobile Laboratory is worth Php 38 million

03:22and next year, according to the Department of Agriculture,

03:25there will be an additional Php 16 million of this project

03:29and it will be placed in different regions of the country.
