00:00In 2000, our country was given the title of Land and Certificate of Condemnation with Release of Mortgage in the Soxargen Region.

00:07According to the Department of Agrarian Reform,

00:10many farm machineries and equipment in Region 12 were also expropriated.

00:14This was ordered by President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.

00:21President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. early delivered gifts to farmers in the Soxargen Region.

00:29Up to 1,200 titles of land were distributed to beneficiaries of the Agrarian Reform Program.

00:38Up to 13,500 Certificates of Condemnation with Release of Mortgage

00:44were delivered to farmers in Sarangani, Cotabato, South Cotabato, and Sultan Kudarat,

00:51away from President R. Marcos,

00:53so that the lives of farmers can be improved from the payment of loans.

00:58Almost P1 billion in loans,

01:03including amortization, interest, and surcharges of our farmers,

01:10can now be used for other needs.

01:18It can now be used for new uses

01:22to increase the yield and increase the quality of your life.

01:29If the yield is good, agriculture will prosper,

01:32and the economy will surely prosper.

01:35So that the sector of agriculture will be stronger,

01:38the Department of Agrarian Reform promised

01:42that a batch of farm machineries and equipment will arrive here in Region 12.

01:52That is the order of our beloved President.
