00:00What do you think about the idea of replacing the annual road tax with a paper mile system?
00:07It could benefit people, but also if they make it too complicated, I feel like it's
00:11just going to be a ball ache for a lot of people.
00:14That could be a hard debate because I don't know how does it work when you try to balance
00:19those taxes to people that use more as in paper mile or just as equal for everyone.
00:26I think that's a hard debate.

00:36It might.
00:37I usually, I don't use any car, so that for me will be quite a relief perhaps, right?
00:44But yeah, I think it's a way of making people use less car here in Bristol, rush hour sometimes
00:50gets terrible.
00:51I would say that's probably better because then people who go further and use their car
00:57more are going to pay more.
00:59I think that seems fair.
