00:12Mother Maribel is completely grateful for the help she received from the Department of Labor and Employment.

00:19She is one of the beneficiaries of the Tupad Program of DOLE.

00:22She received a huge amount of 6,100 pesos for her children's school fees.

00:29As an exchange, she worked 10 days a week and cleaned the school in their place in Tandang Sora, Quezon City.

00:36I am grateful to DOLE, Tupad, for your help to us, the poor.

00:42DOLE is a big help to us, to the poor.

00:48It is a big thing for our family.

00:52According to DOLE, more than 3 million individuals and disadvantaged workers were given emergency employment through the Tupad Program.

01:01More than 500 beneficiaries were affected by the recent calamities.

01:06In total, more than 2 billion pesos of assistance was distributed.

01:12More than 70,000 beneficiaries received livelihood assistance through the DOLE Integrated Livelihood Program.

01:21In total, more than 8,000 cases were affected.

01:25More than 100 million pesos of assistance was distributed.

01:30The amount of assistance can be given to more productive undertaking.

01:37But the reality is that we need such assistance to be able to pay our bills.

01:44The agency will continue to strengthen the livelihood program by increasing the maximum assistance amount

01:51that is given to beneficiaries and carrying out an impact assessment.

01:56More than 600 million pesos of assistance was given under the Tupad Program by DILP and GIP

02:03to more than 100,000 beneficiaries in 21 service fairs in their provinces.

02:09More than 12,000 hardworking workers received assistance in total of more than 50 million pesos.
