00:17NBI Chief Jaime Sanchago says his office received a letter from Duterte where she explained
00:22she was not informed early enough of the postponement of the November 29 House hearing.
00:29Sanchago says Duterte's NBI appearance is tentatively reset to December 11.
00:34The NBI will also subpoena 12 people who actively participated in Duterte's online press conference
00:39on Saturday, November 23.
00:42Duterte had since backtracked and she said she was maliciously taken out of context.
00:47Responding to a question, Sanchago says the Vice President is not immune from suit.
