00:00I'm really disappointed. I'm really, really gutted. Just last Friday I met with Mark Spatale

00:13and behind the scenes was trying to pull together what he called the very important community

00:21consultation meeting which was to take place next Tuesday. And I was given assurances in

00:28that meeting that each of the suggestions that myself and other stakeholders had put

00:35forward were going to be canvassed. We knew that not all of them would be met, but I was

00:43told that no decision would be made until we had that community consultation. So yesterday

00:51when I was told by a few people that a decision was going to be announced last night, I called

00:58and contacted Minister Jackson's office and also Mark Spatale himself and said, what the

01:05hell? How can you make this announcement whilst in the background lying to me?

01:12What we are seeing from NSW Health is they are treating people like a number. They are

01:17not looking at the individual people that actually rely on this service.
