00:26credit rating outlook, highlighting the administration's continued commitment

00:30to improving the lives of Filipinos despite ongoing challenges. House Waste and Means

00:36Committee Chair Joey Salceda attributed the credit outlook upgrade to key policy reforms,

00:41including the Digital Economy Taxation Act and the expansion of the investor base through Create

00:47More. Deputy Speaker David Suarez credited the achievement to cohesive partnership between the

00:53legislative and executive branches under the Marcos administration. Furthermore,

00:58House Senior Deputy Speaker Aurelio Gonzalez Jr. attributed this development to the chief
