01:22So that we can ensure that the operators of the ferry can survive,

01:26they can continue their operations,

01:28and so that the ticket does not burden the users.

01:37And we do want to convince the Ministry of Finance.

01:42but some of these operators must be helped.

01:44Because this is a mandatory service.

01:51from Kuala Kedah, if the police want to go to Langkawi Island,
