00:07It is now time for that injury analysis and insight from an NFL Sunday slate.

00:12We do that with the pro football doc, Dr. David Chow.

00:15Dr. Chow, as always, thank you for joining us here on a Monday to look back on to a Sunday in one final game on a Monday night.

00:23The Harbaugh between a guy you know very well, Jim Harbaugh, against his older brother, John, tonight in Los Angeles.

00:31Yeah, I call it the brother bowl, and I actually am bringing my son because it's a one-off game.

00:37I don't need to be in the war room, so I'll be there.

00:40And yeah, I love Jim Harbaugh. A lot of great stories, a lot of great times about him.

00:44Love his leadership, et cetera, and I think it'll be an interesting game.

00:50We appreciate that, Dr. Chow. Safe travels up to Los Angeles, of course.

00:55So before we get to Monday night, let's look back on the injuries from a Sunday slate.

01:01And Dr. Chow, if I can direct your attention to the bottom of this graphic here.

01:06It's not just players on a Sunday.

01:08Sometimes it's SportsGrid hosts who go through a difficult weekend.

01:13Our Donny right side battling through an injured back.

01:17Dr. Chow, he's got about 45 minutes left of this show before being there for Monday Night Football and an in-studio watch-along.

01:24How would you recommend to Mr. Right Side he takes care of that ailing back?

01:29I don't know. Can you do the show just the headshot from a jacuzzi or something?

01:34That's exactly the answer I needed right there.

01:38Like, why am I not in a jacuzzi? Why is not Ben doing this solo show here?

01:42Because look, Ben needs me. I'm here for him. It's the way we do it, Doc.

01:45You're not the only one, Donny. What about Mike Tirico?

01:49The shot of his Achilles tendon ruptured during Sunday Night Football, huh?

01:53Look, man, we fight on TV. We might not be on the field anymore, but we fight, man. We do.

01:59Yes, he certainly does.

02:03All right, Dr. Chow, let's get to the actual injuries from Sunday, although we wish Donny a very speedy recovery.

02:10Dr. Chow, last night, and despite being a veteran at 36, it was the 36-year-old Ed Rusher, Brandon Graham,

02:17suffering a torn triceps injury for the Philadelphia Eagles.

02:21Had a sack of Matthew Stafford early in the opening half.

02:25Dr. Chow, when you see that diagnosis, a torn triceps,

02:29what does that mean for the remainder of this season for Brandon Graham?

02:33Well, certainly the 36-year-old was playing like a 26-year-old, right?

02:37I mean, he was playing very, very well last night and in some ways dominating.

02:42He admitted afterwards he had some triceps tendonitis, and this is a triceps tendon rupture.

02:48If it were a muscle tear, he'd have a chance to come back for a playoff run.

02:53This is a tendon rupture. He's in the locker room. He lifted up his elbow and showed it, and there was a defect there.

02:59And that means surgery, and there's no way for him to come back this season, unfortunately.

03:05You know, it does seem like the end of a great 15-year career there, but that's a tough blow.

03:12But he was proud of his effort and said, look, if I'm going to go out, I'm going to leave it on the field.

03:17And that's kind of what he did last night. He helped the Eagles dominate that game.

03:22Yeah, he was fantastic last night. Certainly wish Big BG the best of him.

03:26But if we are looking for towards Turkey Day here, a couple of banged-up Lions, Doc.

03:30First, David Montgomery left the game with a shoulder injury, and then we saw Taylor Decker,

03:34an offensive tackle, leave with a knee and an ankle. Any updates on them?

03:38And also, the chances they possibly could play on Thanksgiving?

03:42I think it's optimistic that both will play on Thanksgiving. Montgomery was available to return.

03:48Decker as well. It's a short week. I get it. But, you know, the Lions are used to playing this game.

03:55They're at home against the Bears, and I think they'll both be able to go.

04:00Not so much for Gardner Minshew that you show up on the graphic there.

04:04Yeah, so, Doc, let's go to Gardner Minshew. It's been a precarious season for the Raiders.

04:08They have now lost seven consecutive games.

04:11What is going to be the move at the quarterback position for Las Vegas moving forward

04:16with the collarbone injury to Gardner Minshew yesterday?

04:19Yeah, he broke his clavicle, so undoubtedly surgery, and he's done for the season.

04:24Look, the Raiders aren't making the playoffs. He's done for the season after surgery.

04:29So they're already out Aiden O'Connell right now with his thumb injury and fracture. Gardner Minshew now out.

04:36Now you're back to Desmond Ritter, and is there a Daniel Jones appearance there?

04:42I don't know, right? That's a decision made by former Chargers GM, now Raiders GM, Tom Telesco.

04:49And we'll see what happens.

04:51Doc, let's head over to Monday Night Football because we've got a massive game tonight

04:55between the Baltimore Ravens and the Los Angeles Chargers.

04:58I'm worried about the Chargers at wide receiver, and that guy I'm worried about is Ladd McConkie.

05:03Can you ease my fears tonight for Ladd McConkie playing?

05:07Ladd McConkie's shoulder AC joint is better than your back, Donnie, all right?

05:12So does that ease your fear?

05:14There you go.

05:15I think he will be fine to go.

05:17The thing about the Chargers and Jim Harbaugh, they're built on their offensive line.

05:22And remember, a few weeks back, they had offensive line issues.

05:25They're all healthy now.

05:26You saw them last week against the Bengals.

05:28The issues more are on the Ravens' side of the ball.

05:31Roquan Smith, defensively, look, he's listed as questionable.

05:35I don't buy it for one second.

05:37I don't see how he can play.

05:39And if he plays with that hamstring, he'll be a liability, not the sideline-to-sideline guy.

05:43And, you know, Michael Pierce is already out with the calf.

05:46And Travis Jones, with his what appears to us to be high ankle sprain, seems very iffy or vulnerable.

05:53So the front seven of the Ravens are the ones to watch out for.

05:57And the advantage goes to Jim over John in this department.

06:02And that front seven of the Ravens has been elite at slowing down the run this year.

06:07Second best in the NFL.

06:09It's been the secondary with some questions.

06:11We just flashed up that FieldView doc at SICscore.com, Sports Injury Central, of course,

06:19how the Ravens are on the offensive side of the football.

06:23Is Baltimore looking relatively healthy on that side of their equation tonight?

06:28Yeah.

06:30You know, they're relatively healthy there.

06:32And the Chargers, defensively, have gotten healthier.

06:35Joey Bosa is off the injury report.

06:38Full go.

06:40Khalil Mack is listed as questionable.

06:42He's got a chance to go.

06:44But impressively, the Chargers haven't been reliant up front on just Bosa and Mack.

06:50Puna Ford and others have really stepped up there.

06:53And this is why Jesse Minter is getting all this consideration for being a head coach.

06:58Their defense has been balling, even with Mack and Bosa dinged up for part of the season.

07:05Best scoring defense in the NFL, entering Week 12's finale on this Monday night.

07:10L.A. allowing just 14.5 points per game.

07:13Dr. Chow, safe travels up there to SoFi Stadium for Monday Night Football.
