00:00Let's talk about the AFC West, and we'll begin with the Chiefs,

00:03everyone's favorite darlings.

00:06You know what's interesting, Scott?

00:08You say that, and that's true just about every year.

00:10There's only been one year that Andy Reid didn't make the playoffs in 2014

00:14with the Chiefs, but I got to tell you, this surprised me.

00:17Their over-under total, which is 11.5.

00:19The over is plus 100.

00:21The under is minus 120.

00:22So remember what I was talking about picking the Chargers?

00:24I'm not saying that the oddsmakers see it the same way I do,

00:27but clearly they don't have the same confidence that they did in the past.

00:32So the under is actually minus 120.

00:34Now, to win the division, they're only minus 125, Scott.

00:38That now, look, the issue, as you well know it,

00:40because the Eagles absolutely obliterated their offensive line in the Super Bowl,

00:44is their offensive line.

00:46They added Josh Simmons, who, by the way, is doing great coming off the turn

00:51of the tele-tendon.

00:52He actually, Josh Simmons, is going to be ready for training camp.

00:55Now, does he participate fully?

00:57Or partially?

00:58That remains to be seen.

00:59So he's on target now to be ready for the season.

01:02They did sign Jalen Moore, who is a right or left tackle.

01:05Two years at $30 million.

01:07So they're going to have competition and depth, finally,

01:09in their offensive line, particularly a tackle.

01:11Guard is a little bit of an issue on the other side of Trey Smith.

01:15They lost Treshawn Wharton, who is a D-tackle, who is a great pass rusher.

01:19And they lost Justin Reed, who's their best safety.

01:22So, Scott, their secondary, Scott, is a problem.

01:26That does worry me.

01:27They're not really strong at corner, other than McDuffie, who's a terrific nickel,

01:30who could play outside.

01:32This is a team, if you can protect, you throw the ball against the Chiefs.

01:36This division is getting narrower and narrower.

01:39I'm telling you, the Chargers are going to give a run for their money, finally.

01:43So, talk about the Chargers.

01:46So, their win total is nine and a half.

01:48The over and the under is minus 110.

01:51I like the over.

01:52As I've been telling you, I picked them to win a division.

01:54By the way, they're plus 333 to win the AFC West.

02:01They make the playoffs for minus 145.

02:03I like how they've kind of retooled their offense.

02:06Totally at running back.

02:07With Hampton, the first rounder, Najee Harris, as you know.

02:10Trey Harris, the second round receiver.

02:12They were weak at receiver.

02:13Other than McConkie, they added him.

02:14Mike Williams is back.

02:16Tyler Conklin, one of the more underrated tight ends of the National Football League.

02:20Becton will start at guard.

02:21They solidify their offensive line.

02:22What a story he was last season playing guard for the Eagles.

02:26Now, the one issue that they have, Scott, is at corner.

02:30And that's why Jalen Ramsey is a name to watch here.

02:32They've got to improve at corner.

02:33If they want to make a Super Bowl run, they've got to make a significant upgrade heading into the season at corner.

02:41There's no way they're going to win a Super Bowl with the group that they have.

02:43But they're good pretty much everywhere else.

02:46Cornerback is a major problem with this football team.

02:47So, there's a lot of action.
