00:18last week to this week, the Chargers may lose five key starting first round draft picks.

00:26That would be unprecedented. Obviously, Derwin James due to suspension. Joey Bosa already

00:32declared out. Both right tackle and left tackle are going to be out. Left tackle is not officially

00:37out yet, but I don't see Joe Alt playing. Justin Herbert says he's going to play. The

00:43national media says he's going to try and play through. He didn't get hurt worse last

00:47week in Pittsburgh, but he also didn't finish the game. So that remains to be seen, and

00:51he would be the fifth one. So that's a lot of what we call delta and change in terms

00:57of health in one week. He was effective in the first half, and he got rolled up on and

01:03gave way to Taylor Heinecke. Is there any type of preventative measures that they could

01:08take to obviously protect that ankle heading into this matchup? And if he does play, can

01:14he push off in regards to the passing game? He can push off, son. The best thing preventative

01:20is there's no good way to tape, support, or brace. It's to make sure your right tackle

01:24and left tackle backups are able to block. And perhaps, guess what? What Harbaugh and

01:29Greg Roman love to do, run the ball more, right? And maybe that's the best protection

01:33not to get it hit.
