00:00From the summer of 2020 we've been growing, working with various organizations, mainly in tech sector and some government bodies,
00:13and partnered up with other organizations such as Vilnius University, who became investor and co-owner of Mindletic.
00:21We also got licensed by KU Leuven University in Belgium, who are providing us their burnout assessment tool access,
00:30so we can analyze burnout risk in organizations there and prevent the costs for organizations.
00:38We also partnered up with MIT, where they are sending their students to have internships with us on a yearly basis.
00:48Some organizations are counting half a year of salary for the personal loss to burnout,
00:54because not only that you have to off-board the person, but hire a new person, onboarding the new person, and it costs a lot.
01:02Per 100 employees we approximately save 58 hours of manager's time, because instead of coming with heavy situations to managers,
01:12they actually resolve that with us, reflecting, using our tools, joining our anonymous groups, working with our psychologists, etc.
01:21While seeing our data, we see that even after six weeks, people who work on themselves and reflect,
01:28they tend to respond to triggering heavy situations more constructively, meaning that they are no longer triggered so much,
01:35and they have bigger resilience for difficult situations there.
