00:00At 6 p.m. on November 9, a closed-circuit television or CCTV captured an ambulance that counter-flowed on a road in Las Pinas City.

00:10But when it crossed the pedestrian lane, a man was caught and suddenly jumped on the road.

00:25The victim was identified as Marvin Marquez, 34 years old.
