People of London: Should pubs charge peak and off peak prices?

Londoners feel conflicted about the new plans some pub chains could implement.

00:47will end up just going to the pub in the daytime and stuff. I don't know, I'm a bit conflicted

00:51about that because I want to see London's nightlife picking up but not necessarily day

00:57day drinking.
