00:00Pagasa has officially declared the start of the North-East Monsoon season.

00:05DOSD Pagasa announced this on their social media page.

00:09The cold and dry wind is blowing from the north-east and it may bring rains in the eastern part of the country.

00:18According to Pagasa, the high pressure in Siberia is making the wind stronger

00:23and it is expected that in the next two weeks, the temperature in the northern part of the country will drop.

00:30Pagasa also warned the fishermen about the rough sea conditions,

00:36especially in the lower parts of the country due to the drought.
